COGGINS TESTING / USDA HEALTH CERTIFICATES

We perform on-farm Coggins testing on horses for equine infectious anemia (EIA) and we are licensed to provide USDA health certificates. USDA APHIS regulates the importation of equines to prevent the spread of animal diseases.

Please contact us in regard to lab turnaround for coggins testing.

A negative Coggins certificate is required for inter-state travel, and may be required by most boarding facilities, or for equine competition or with transfer of ownership.  A negative Coggins test is required to ride in Yellowstone National Park.

Please call us today to schedule a time for our veterinarian to come to your farm to perform a Coggins test.

Our mobile veterinarian offers Coggins Testing and USDA Health Certificates in Idaho and Montana:

  • Idaho equine veterinary service areas include: East Boise, Idaho City.
  • Montana equine veterinary service areas include: Big Sky, Gallatin Gateway, Montana.
